Frank Kontely Prevails in Personal Injury Case

Frank Kontely obtained a successful jury verdict after a two-week trial before Judge Michael Cresitello in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Middlesex County.  Plaintiff, a mail carrier, claimed to have sustained a severe fracture of his leg when struck by a forklift machine on our client’s commercial premises.  Plaintiff had demanded over $1 million to settle the case.  The jury returned a verdict in an amount less than the settlement offer on behalf of our client and only a fraction of plaintiff’s settlement demand.
