On March 26, Nora J. Grimbergen, a Partner in the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Practice Group will be a speaker at the HarrisMartin New Jersey Asbestos Conference in New Brunswick, NJ.  Nora will join colleagues in discussing “Discovery, Depositions: Do’s and Don’ts”.  The topic will include Plaintiff and Defense perspectives on depositions, noticing and scheduling depositions, the role and responsibilities of lead counsel, and trial depositions.
