Experience

William McGuinn joined the firm in 2012 as an associate in the Construction Law Practice Group.  He brings with him experience in insurance defense litigation concentrated in the areas of trucking and transportation and premises liability in which he litigated a broad range of matters situated in both New Jersey and New York. 

Bill holds both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Quinnipiac University. While in law school he was active in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Irish Law Society, and the Law Intramural Society.
