Experience

Patrick J. McDonald has extensive trial experience defending negligence actions, including products liability and premises liability cases. In addition, he has significant experience litigating toxic tort claims involving lead, asbestos, toxic mold and "sick building syndrome" cases, as well as fuel oil discharge, hazardous waste, pollution, and environmental compliance matters. Pat has organized, moderated, and spoken at numerous seminars relating to toxic mold litigation and leaking underground storage tanks. He has also been a lecturer at the Lead Tech Conferences in Washington, D.C.
