Experience

Jacquelyn Poland's practice focuses on the defense of general negligence matters, including products liability, premises liability, automotive liability, and professional liability cases involving attorneys, doctors, and medical institutions. She also handles workers' compensation litigation and insurance coverage matters.

She is a state-appointed arbitrator in Mercer County. She has lectured on recent changes to the law in the area of uninsured/underinsured coverage.
