Hoagland Longo Welcomes New Class of Associates

Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas is pleased to welcome Joseph J. Isola, Jr., David J. Muhn, and Kevin F. Smedley to the firm as new associates.

Joseph joined the Transactional Group and the Health Care Law Group, where he handles all aspects of business transactions as well as the defense of medical malpractice claims. Before joining the firm, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Mark. A. Troncone, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. He graduated from Rutgers Law School and received his M.B.A., B.A. and B.S. degrees from Stockton University.

David joined the General and Automobile Liability Department, focusing on all areas of civil litigation defense, including premises liability, insurance defense, contract disputes, and products liability. Before joining the firm, David clerked for the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Monmouth County. He earned his law degree at Rutgers Law School and undergraduate degree at Rutgers University.

Kevin joined the Construction Law Department, where he represents architects, engineers, construction contractors, and private owners in various construction law matters. Before joining the firm, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Thomas C. Miller, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage. He earned his law degree at Rutgers Law School and undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey.
