The firm congratulates Partner in the firm Jennifer Passannante on her admission to the New York State Bar, expanding her already active law practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Jennifer handles matters involving employment law, counseling both employers and employees, as well as litigating claims involving Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Family Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act,  and Conscientious Employee Protection Act, among others. Her practice also includes representing municipal entities and public officials in matters involving the Federal and State Civil Rights Acts and New Jersey’s Tort Claims Act.  In 2014, Jennifer had the honor of being named to the New Jersey Law Journal New Leaders of the Bar list and has been named to New Jersey’s Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2013-2015.
