Hoagland Longo is proud to announce the promotion of two attorneys—Kenneth J. Cesta and Jason R. Gosnell—to partnership.
“Ken and Jason are outstanding lawyers who exemplify our firm’s commitment to excellence in client service,” says Gary J. Hoagland, managing Partner at Hoagland Longo. “Both have exhibited the exceptional qualities required of a successful attorney and I’m delighted to welcome them to the partnership.”
At Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, we pride ourselves on developing expertise in our areas of practice. Our Partners are distinguished by their demonstrated success in their specialized area. They are true assets to our ever-growing firm.
Kenneth J. Cesta – Ken is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment groups at Hoagland Longo. His practice includes contract disputes, business torts, employment litigation, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Ken has extensive experience representing employers in state and federal court matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, workplace harassment, FMLA claims, restrictive covenants, and related internal investigations. Ken is a member of the Federal Bar Association, a former Member, Vice Chair and Chair of the District VB Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and a former Member of the Board of Trustees of Oratory Prep School in Summit, New Jersey.
Jason R. Gosnell - As a generalist with over fifteen years of legal experience representing business entities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and individuals in the United States and abroad, Jason is versed in both transactional law and general litigation. In addition to transactional law and general litigation, Jason’s practice areas include immigration law, appellate advocacy, administrative law and tenders, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. It is Jason’s eclectic resume which enables him to work in many of our departments. Similarly, it is his unique background that provides Jason with a broad perspective on legal issues and allows him to successfully advocate for his clients on novel issues in both the court and the board room.
We congratulate Ken and Jason on their work ethic and achievements in the field of law.
