Michael Dolan, Partner in the firms’ Construction Law Group, spoke at the National Business Institute’s “Construction Defect Litigation: From A-Z” seminar in Princeton on May 3rd.  The seminar was on discovering the key elements that can make or break a construction defect case which included topics on Anatomy of a Defect, Indemnity Provisions, Insurance, and Litigation.

Michael spoke on Ethical Considerations in regards to Joint Defenses, Conflict of Interest, Representing Multiple Parties, and how lawyers can avoid being witnesses.
