Andrew D. Spevack is an an associate in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments, where he defends public entities, officials and employees against claims alleging Title 59 and civil rights violations. He also represents employers and employees in a wide array of employment matters, such as claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.
Prior to joining Hoagland Longo in 2021, Andrew served as law clerk to the Honorable Marysol Rosero, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage, Criminal Part.
Andrew earned his law degree at Seton Hall Law School in 2020. He obtained his M.A. in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2013 and his B.A. from DePaul University in 2010. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
