Michael Eleneski joined the firm in 2017, and focuses his practice in areas of Employment Law, Title 59 and Worker's Compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Michael developed his legal experience while serving as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Carmen Messano, P.J., N.J.S.C., App. Div. and working as a research assistant for Prof. Arthur Laby at Rutgers Law School in Camden. Michael also gained considerable experience working for the City of Philadelphia Law Department, Civil Rights Unit.
While attending Rutgers Law School, Michael served as the managing articles editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also volunteered his time to the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project, earning recognition for Significant Service in this area.
Outside of the firm, Michael shares his passion and knowledge for law by serving as a mentor for other students through the New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Program (NJLEEP).
