Brian Chabarek Announced as the New Vice Chair of the Employment Law Committee of the NJDA
02.07.2007Brian Chabarek, a senior associate in the Employment Litigation group of our firm, is elected as Vice Chair of the Employment Law Committee of the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA).
Brian is an active member of the NJDA and a frequent writer in the monthly publications of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the NJDA. The Employment Law Committee is a Substantive Committee of the NJDA that addresses the following:publications in the field of Employment Law for the New Jersey Defense Quarterly publication;participates in NJDA sponsored seminars with regard to Employment Law issues; monitors new case law for amicus curiae opportunities.
