Lawrence Powers and Richard Gaeckle Present at the Annual Meeting for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects
02.03.2009Lawrence Powers, partner, and Richard Gaeckle, associate in the Construction Law Group of the firm, presented a continuing education seminar on Sustainable Design Liability Issues at the recent annual meeting of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) held in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Issues discussed included "green building" design liability and changes in the standard of care arising from the increasing practice of sustainable design.
