Joseph Abate, Esq. Joins the Firm

Joseph L. Abate, Esq. has joined the firm as of counsel and is based in our Hammonton office.  He brings over 25 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  His practice is focused on the defense of general litigation matters including automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, construction site accidents and commercial litigation.  He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate law.

Prior to joining us, Joe served as General Counsel for a private real estate company.  He also previously operated his own private practice and served in the United States Air Force as Judge Advocate.
