Jennifer Passannante, an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department at the firm, has recently been accepted as a fellow to the New Leaders Council Philadelphia Chapter.  Jennifer has demonstrated her leadership skills within the firm by being instrumental in the inception and growth of a discrete area of the firm’s employment law practice.  She is also active in the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, among other business and legal organizations throughout the State.

 

The mission of the New Leaders Council, http://www.newleaderscouncil.org/, is to train and support the next generation of progressive leaders by offering programs to young professionals in their 20s and 30s. The fellowship centers around a core curriculum focusing on personal leadership development, entrepreneurship, communications and marketing, fund raising and finance, political strategy and management, traditional and new media, and Internet and technology. The result is a growing force of diverse and highly-skilled leaders who rise to the top of their fields, working together across sectors and in their local cities to build, expand, and improve the infrastructure necessary for a strong democracy, social justice, and equal opportunity.
