Jack Simons Has Trial Victory

On Tuesday, March 6, 2012, Jack Simons received a jury verdict in his client’s favor, the Defendant, which was tried in front of the Hon. Coyle in Somerset County Superior Court.  At issue was Plaintiff claiming significant injuries as a result of a car accident involving both the Plaintiff and Defendant and a “Phantom” vehicle in which the “Phantom” vehicle cut off the Defendant, causing him to strike the vehicle and then swerve into Plaintiff’s vehicle, creating and impact between the two of them. After a three day trial and two days of deliberation, the jury found that the Defendant was not negligent in the operation of his vehicle and issued a no cause verdict in favor of the defense.
