Greg Deatz, the firm’s Director of Operations, was recently nominated for Volunteer of the Year by Main Street Highland Park, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the revival of the borough’s downtown area. Greg took on the task of redesigning their website when it needed it most, helping the organization to improve its communications with the Highland Park community. As a volunteer since his move to the borough, Greg is also the chairperson of Highland Park’s school budget task force in which he works with the Board of Education to establish financial priorities and organizes community outreach programs. The Star Ledger recently profiled Greg in their Around the Towns section and can be seen online at http://www.nj.com/starledger/stories/index.ssf?/base/news-3/1205040934201800.xml&coll=1.
