Richard Gaeckle has been with the firm since 2003 practicing in the Construction Litigation department. In March 2009, Rich became a LEED Accredited Professional and also the team leader of the firm’s newly formed Green Building practice area. Rich is also the Co-Vice Chair of the Construction Law section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He concentrates his practice on counseling design professionals especially in the areas of professional malpractice claims and property damage and design defect claims. He gives seminars throughout the year to architect, engineers, and other design professionals on limiting liability and the latest updates in the laws affecting their business.

 

Michele Haas is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney.   She is the Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee for both the New Jersey Defense Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association. Michele works with both municipal entities and private insurance companies and corporations on handling their workers’ compensation claims. She also speaks several times a year on her profession to groups and companies on legal updates and happenings in workers’ compensation.
