06.01.2009The firm opens our newest office located in Wall, NJ, serving the Jersey Shore and South Jersey communities
The firm is pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Wall Township, NJ as of June 1, 2009. Located conveniently on Route 138, the office aims to serve our Southern New Jersey and Jersey shore area clients with ease. By increasing our presence in Monmouth County, we will be able to give our existing clients greater access to the Southern New Jersey courthouses.
Our Family Law department, led by Glynn Dwyer, Esq., will use this office to base their collaborative law practice where they will partner with counselors and other professionals to aid in this innovative form of alternative dispute resolution. The Family Law team will also handle mediation and arbitration in the new office.
Founding partner Jim Moran, Esq. will also operate his Alternative Dispute Resolution practice in Wall where he will conduct mediations in a wide variety of disputes including malpractice, insurance coverage, employment and products liability.
In addition, the office will be used to meet with clients serving our other practice groups: wills, trusts and estates, product and premises liability, and construction law, among many others.
