Andrew Carlowicz, Larry Powers, and Daniel Cogan, Partners in the firm's Construction Law department, are hosting an informational seminar presenting the newly released 2007 AIA Contract Documents and how to use them. Designed for attorneys, owners, project managers, architects, and engineers, they will cover changes in the documents ranging from the New B102 and B201 architect agreements to the new versions of the A201 General Conditions forms and procedures. Participants will learn to navigate through the new documents with ease and find how roles and duties of each party have changed. The seminar is approved for Continuing Education Credit through the Construction Compliance Certification Program.
