Our attorneys have manageable working hours. They have substantial responsibility placed on them early in their careers, but they are supported by our in-house legal training programs.

We are clear and open with associates about the steps to partnership and, from the time they are interviewed and after they are hired, they are encouraged to work towards becoming a partner.
