Since our founding in 1977 as a small New Brunswick firm to our present status as a state-wide firm we have always maintained a small firm culture. We always emphasized hard work and a true sense of family. We have fostered an environment of collegiality. When faced with difficult decisions we have strived for consensus-based decision making.
