Nicole Downs, an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group, will be presenting on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Cases in Workers' Compensation at Scibal/Qualcare in Piscataway, NJ on June 25.  Coordinated by the CEU Institute, Nicole's one-hour presentation will cover claims management, behaviors and general rules associated with PTSD illnesses, compensation and secondary gain, and pre-existing symptoms versus induced factors that influence behavior.
