Michele Haas to Speak at the Second Annual Workers' Compensation Seminar

On May 1, Michele Haas will speak at the 2nd Annual Workers' Compensation Seminar in the Middlesex County Court Vicinage.  This free seminar sponsored by the NJ Division of Workers' Compensation is being held from 1-4 p.m. at the Middlesex County Workers' Compensation Court.  Michele will be presenting on "Payments for Unauthorized Medical Treatments by Private Health Insurers" in which she will address the issues of negotiationg payments with insurance companies.  Other topics include attorney repsonsibility to clients regarding medical discovery and the "going/coming" rule.
