Michele Haas and Frank Caruso to Speak to York Claims Services on “Developing a Litigation Strategy”

On Tuesday, March 27, Michele Haas, a Partner in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and Frank Caruso, an Associate in the General Litigation Practice Group, will be presenting on “Developing a Litigation Strategy” to employees of York Claims Services in Parsippany, NJ.  Coordinated by the CEU Institute, the course offers 2 CE credits to participants and will examine the litigation process and phases of a lawsuit.  The course will utilize studies and legal statutes that will provide discussion for claims handling issues and the nature and scope of losses for which damages are being sought.
