Partner-in-Charge of the the firm's Environmental Department Marc Gaffrey will co-chair a seminar on the impact of Medicare secondary payor reporting requirements on mass-tort and asbestos litigation on May 4, 2010 in Philadelphia. Also presenting will be Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Workers' Compensation group Michele Haas. Michele will discuss whether Medicare liens have priority over workers' compensation liens.
