Joseph S. Surman, Jr. will present on Practical Evidence at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Convention. This program is part of the Young Lawyers Track and will be held on Thursday, May 18th between 1PM - 2:15PM at the Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Joseph, a civil practitioner, will join other attorneys for an interactive program that will provide fact patterns & scenarios highlighting evidentiary issues that frequently arise in the course of trial practice. The presentation will cover several practice areas, including family, civil, criminal, and chancery. The presenters will identify practical evidentiary issues and instruct the group on the best methods for getting their evidence admitted. The Judges will then rule on whether or not their evidence then gets admitted at trial.
