Jacob Grouser, Esq., an associate in the Environmental & Toxic Tort Practice Group, will be co-presenting "An Overview of Environmental Liabilities Under State and Federal Law" through the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA).  Along with Joanne Vos, Esq. of Greenbaum Rowe Smith and Davis, LLP, the seminar will focus on the

• New Jersey Spill Compensation & Control Act - liability for environmental discharges, contribution;
• Industrial Site Recovery Act - buying or selling industrial establishments;
• Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act;
• Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and
• Common Law Causes of Action
