Frank Kontely and Joseph Leone to Speak at York on Slip and Fall Liability

On July 27^th, 2011 Frank Kontely and Joseph Leone will be presenting a two hour long seminar concerning Slip and Fall Liability Cases to an audience of liability adjusters in Parsipanny, NJ. The seminar is organized by CEU Institute, a credited provider of CE programs to the Insurance and Healthcare industries, and will be presented to employees of the mutual insurance company, York Claims Services. They will be speaking on topics including types of premises liability and cases, risk transfer in the premises liability setting and Injured party's behavior, and claims arising from slip and falls.

The seminar is sponsored by they CEU Institute who provides continuing education programs to professionals throughout the country to not only help them meet their continuing education requirements, but to help them build upon their knowledge base.
