Frank Kontely, a Partner in the firm's construction litigation practice, is presenting a seminar entitled "Construction Accident Litigation From All Sides of the 'V'". The seminar will include review of pertinent case law, defense strategies and indemnification/insurance issues. The Honorable Rosemarie Williams, J.S.C., Ret., and Gerald H.
