Andrew Carlowicz, Lawrence Powers and Daniel Cogan, all partners in the firm's Construction Law Practice Group, will be presenting a seminar on May 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on AIA Contracts. The seminar will help attendees understand complex AIA contract provisions, review commonly used AIA documents, and cover risk management. Geared toward architects, engineers, project managers, attorneys, and contractors, the seminar will help prepare those in the industry to avoid the pitfalls of misunderstanding these documents and navigate owner-architect agreements. The seminar is approved for 8.0 CLE credits in NJ a nd NY; 6.5 CLE credits in PA, and 6.5 AIA and PMI credits, among others.
