Experience

Wendy R. Kagan is a Partner in the firm's Environmental & Toxic Tort Litigation Department. Wendy's practice is primarily focused on handling mass tort/product liability cases in New Jersey, New York City, and Upstate New York. Wendy handles all New York asbestos cases from intake to trial for the department, from New York City to the New York/Canadian border.  She also assists other attorneys in the firm on their New York cases, providing expertise on the New York state laws.

Wendy spent her first six years of practice for the plaintiff side personal and automobile liability, medical malpractice, and matrimonial cases, followed by seven years of multimedia law practice.
