Thomas J. Walsh, Jr. is a an AV-rated partner at the firm.  His primary practice consists of transactions and litigation in the areas of estates, and commercial and real estate matters. He represents real estate brokers, agents and attorneys in a variety of litigious matters.

Thomas has lectured to various organizations, including the New Jersey Association of Real Estate Attorneys, where he has spoken on legal malpractice claims and how to avoid them.
