Experience

Kristy Kulina Lyons is an associate in the Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Department. She assists as National Coordinating Counsel for 84 Lumber Company, Fisher Scientific International, Kohler Company, Thermo Electric Company and all Borg Warner non-automotive divisions. As such, she is responsible for coordinating a national defense for asbestos related matters pending throughout the country. In addition, she handles toxic tort matters in both New Jersey and New York.
