Experience

Carl Figueroa joined the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Practice Group as an associate in 2012. As a litigation associate at his previous firm, Carl spent time defending complex matters involving product liability, toxic tort and general liability. He has also been a litigation consultant, responsible for the litigation management and supervision of several hundred claims involving bad faith and errors & omissions claims relating to damages allegedly caused by Hurricane Katrina. In that capacity, he provided legal advice to senior corporate executives on E&O risks and the defense of said claims.

Carl is a trained and qualified Court Approved Civil Mediator by the State of New Jersey in which he can be chosen by an assignment judge to handle a multitude of mediation matters.
