Experience

Anthony C. Iacocca is a Partner in the firm's Transactional Group. Anthony currently concentrates his practice in government law, business law, real estate, and redevelopment law.  He became a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the Green Building Certification Institute, in 2009.  He is also a member of the Green Building Practice Group.

Anthony has extensive transactional experience in representing governmental and private clients and has appeared before numerous governmental bodies, boards, commissions, agencies, including the courts of law and equity. Anthony's practice area generally includes municipal attorney representation, business counseling, corporate formation, contract negotiation, real estate acquisition and land development, redevelopment acquisition (including Brownfields redevelopment), commercial leasing, financing, and franchising. He serves as general counsel to a regional marine transportation company and has recently completed the acquisition and financing of a 80,000 BBL raised tank double hull oil tank barge and 5000 HP commercial tug.

From 2007-2010, Anthony was selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine.
